Leaders’ Camp 2025

An overnight Leaders’ Camp was organized at Rajagiri St. Chavara CMI Public School from August 8th to 9th, 2025. A total of 26 students along with 6 teachers enthusiastically participated in the camp, which was facilitated by McMillan Publishers. The sessions were led by resource persons Mr. Shaji and Mr. Joseji, who guided the participants through a variety of activities designed to enhance leadership, confidence, and teamwork.

The camp included interactive group sessions, leadership games, and team-building exercises that emphasized organizational skills, management, mutual support, sacrifice, and togetherness. Students were also engaged in creative activities such as songs and a campfire, which created a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

The overnight stay on the school campus provided students with an opportunity to bond with their peers in a supportive and safe environment carefully arranged by the school management. The experience enabled students to develop essential leadership qualities—particularly the ability to adapt and thrive in diverse situations.

At the conclusion of the camp, the students themselves took the initiative to conduct a valedictory session, during which they expressed their gratitude to the resource persons and reflected on the valuable lessons learned.

The camp ended on a positive and inspiring note, leaving the participants enriched with confidence, responsibility, and leadership qualities that will guide them in their future endeavors.
